Job summary

WesTrac seeks a Customer Service Representative to join the Guildford Centre on a 12 month contract. You will deliver high-quality service to customers, identify parts requirements, ensure timely delivery, process credits, and spot sales opportunities using core systems.

Roster is 0600-1430, 3x Mon-Fri, 1x Mon-Sat, 1x Tue-Fri; 40 hours per week. Requires strong communication, problem solving, and system literacy, with benefits including parental leave, health discounts, and career progression.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Problem solving and conflict resolution is required.
• Computer literacy and experience with multiple systems/tools is expected.
