Bold Trailer And Caravan Repair Centre is seeking a customer‑focused Parts & Accessories team member in NSW. The role supports both retail customers and trade accounts, identifying parts, guiding purchases, and handling daily admin tasks. Opportunities for growth into leadership exist as the business expands.

You will work in a busy parts department, assist with POS transactions, stock orders and stock takes, and contribute to showroom merchandising.

Qualifications

Experience in retail sales, warehousing or customer service is required, preferably in caravan/trailer parts.
Ability to identify parts, source items, and support administrative tasks.
Good communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsabilités

Deliver exceptional service to walk-in customers and trade accounts.
Identify and source caravan, trailer parts and accessories and offer guidance.
Process POS transactions, invoices, stock orders and appointments.
Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with suppliers.
Support store growth through efficiency improvements and customer care.

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Parts & Accessories team member to join our growing caravan and trailer team. In this dual-focus role, you will assist both retail walk-in customers and trade accounts, helping them find the exact components they need while supporting our daily administrative operations.

As our parts department expands, this position offers fantastic opportunities for career progression. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, take on additional responsibility, and potentially step into a leadership or management role as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales: Deliver exceptional service to retail customers and trade accounts.
Expert Guidance: Accurately identify, source, and recommend caravan and trailer parts, towing equipment, and accessories.
Administrative Support: Manage Point of Sale (POS) transactions, process invoices, handle stock ordering, book appointments, email management and maintain accurate inventory records.
Inventory Management: Assist with receiving incoming stock, stocktake auditing, merchandising the showroom floor, and liasing with suppliers
Business Growth: Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve store efficiency, and contribute ideas to help expand the parts and accessories division.

Key Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, warehousing, or customer service—ideally within the automotive, caravan, trailer, or heavy machinery parts industry.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with everyday campers as well as professional trade mechanics.
Tech Literacy: Comfortable working with POS systems, inventory management software, and general administrative tools (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
Organisation: High attention to detail and strong organisational skills to balance customer service with back-of-house admin tasks.
Growth Mindset: A proactive, ambitious attitude with a genuine desire to learn the industry and grow alongside the company.
Must be available to work on Saturday’s.
Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
