Bold Trailer And Caravan Repair Centre in Miranda, NSW, is seeking a skilled Mechanic/Caravan Repair Technician. You will diagnose, repair and modify caravans and trailers, from servicing to insurance repairs, working with a multi-trade team in a busy workshop.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Motor Mechanic/Automotive Underbody Technician Trade Licence.
• Have a genuine passion for the automotive or recreational vehicle industry and a willingness to learn.
• Have a down-to-earth personality.
• Hold a current automatic or manual driver’s license.
• Be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Have unrestricted work rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs according to manufacturers requirements.
• Test and replace components.
• Diagnose and repair faults.
• Maintain and repair braking systems.
• Our workshop’s daily processes use up-to-date technology to provide the highest level of communication between the workshop and the front of the house.
• Carry out structural, panel, cabinetry and chassis repairs
• Complete custom modifications
• Work with the workshop manager to keep jobs on schedule and on budget
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised workshop and uphold WHS standards

As a Mechanic / Caravan Repair Technician at Bold TCRC, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and modifying caravans and trailers — from routine servicing to insurance repairs. You’ll work alongside a team of qualified tradespeople in our award-winning Miranda workshop.

We are a multi trade workshop including mechanical, auto electrical, automotive body building, insurance repairs, plumbing, welding and fabrication and engineering. There is the ability to upskill and multi‑trade your career.

About You

As a technician, your job entails performing scheduled maintenance, diagnosing issues, and repairing a variety of caravans and trailers to meet high standards. The best part is, that every day brings something new and exciting!
