Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies, based in Pakenham, is seeking a Parts Person to support customers, technicians, and the sales team with the right parts when needed.

You’ll stock, receive, sell, and deliver parts, manage stock levels, and assist with quotes and invoices, while helping customers at the counter and on the phone. Brandt emphasizes training, development, and long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in parts, warehousing, retail, automotive, agriculture, or customer service is desirable but not essential

About the role:

As a Parts Person, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers, technicians, and sales teams by ensuring the right parts are available when they're needed.
