Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies in Colac is seeking a Parts Person to support customers, technicians and sales teams by ensuring the right parts are available when needed.

You'll perform duties related to stocking, receiving, sale and delivery of parts and accessories, manage stock levels, and prepare quotes, invoices and receipts while assisting customers at the counter and over the phone.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Experience in parts, warehousing, retail, automotive, agriculture or customer service is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Stocking, receiving, sale and delivery of parts and accessories.
• Manage stock levels to minimise out of or over stock situations.
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and receipts.

About the role:

As a Parts Person, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers, technicians, and sales teams by ensuring the right parts are available when they're needed.

• Perform a variety of duties associated with the stocking, receiving, sale and delivery of parts and accessories.
• Manage stock levels to minimise out of or over stock situations.
• Prepare quotes, invoices, and receipts.
• Work with customers at the counter and over the phone
• Prepare and maintain merchandise displays and showroom.

What You'll Bring:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in parts, warehousing, retail, automotive, agriculture, or customer service is desirable but not essential
