Job summary

Warrnambool Toyota is seeking a Parts Interpreter / Service Advisor to join our long-established team in Warrnambool. This permanent full-time role focuses on guest satisfaction and serving the local community.

We offer in-house Toyota Australia training and staff discounts, with an above-award remuneration package based on experience. The successful candidate will manage parts operations, provide accurate quotations, handle customer inquiries, update ETA, process invoicing, and support stock

Qualifications

• Experience in a parts department and customer service.
• Proven ability to provide accurate part quotations.
• Handle inquiries and maintain customer relationships.
• Update customers on part ETA.
• Process invoicing and payments.
• Order parts based on forward delivery and service bookings.
• Unpack freight and receipting into stock.
• Support picking and storage of parts.
• In-town collection/drop-off of parts when required.

Responsibilities

• Overall performance of the parts department to achieve targets.
• Producing parts quotations to customers and internal departments.
• Handling customer inquiries promptly to maintain relationships.
• Keeping customers up to date with part ETA’s.
• Invoicing charges to customers and receiving payments.
• Ordering parts and accessories based on forward deliveries.
• Unpacking freight and receipting invoices into stock.
• Binning / storage of parts and pre picking.

Parts Departments, Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Overall performance of the

Parts department to achieve internal and manufacturer’s targets

• Producing parts quotations to customers and internal departments
• Handling customer inquiries quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers.
• Keeping customers up to date with part ETA’s
• Invoicing charges to customer and receiving payments
• Ordering parts and accessories based on forward delivers and customer service bookings
• Unpacking freight and receipting invoices into stock
• Binning / storage of parts
• Pre picking

Parts & Accessories to meet daily job requirements

• Booking of

Parts & Accessories to repair orders

• In town collection and drop off of parts when required
