Job summary

NQAS Powershed, a trusted name in agricultural and mechanical industries across Queensland, invites you to join our busy Cairns regional branch. This diverse role blends customer service, parts sales and warehouse duties, offering hands-on learning and daily variety.

You will help customers identify the right parts, promote products and build lasting relationships while supporting showroom presentation and dispatch tasks. Forklift experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting customers with parts and solutions.
• Ability to interpret parts requirements using catalogs and supplier resources.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Forklift licence is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by identifying and supplying the correct parts and solutions.
• Promote and recommend products to existing and new customers.
• Interpret parts requirements using catalogs and supplier resources.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Maintain an organised showroom and assist with warehouse tasks as needed.
• Pack and dispatch customer orders and support daily branch operations.
