Job summary

At MaxiPARTS, Australia’s leading trailer parts supplier, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Adelaide Branch. The role is internally classified as a Parts Interpreter, combining customer service with product and parts support to identify needs, process orders and provide practical solutions.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be the main contact for customers and support inquiries, orders and product solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, parts, automotive, transport, warehousing or a similar environment.
• Strong communication and computer literacy skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• A commitment to health, safety, and teamwork.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service in-store, by phone, and online.
• Assist customers with orders, quotes, and product enquiries (training provided).
• Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Learn to identify the right trailer parts and solutions using our catalogues and systems.
• Build strong customer relationships while developing your technical product knowledge.
