MaxiPARTS in Adelaide is seeking a Customer Service Representative, internally classified as a Parts Interpreter, to join our team. You will help customers identify trailer parts, process orders and provide practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will deliver friendly service in-store, by phone and online, collaborate with warehouse teams, and build product knowledge to support customers confidently.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, parts, automotive, transport, warehousing or a similar environment.
• Strong communication and computer literacy skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Commitment to health, safety, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and professional customer service in-store, by phone, and online.
• Assist customers with orders, quotes, and product enquiries (training provided).
• Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Learn to identify the right trailer parts and solutions using our catalogues and systems.
• Build strong customer relationships while developing your technical product knowledge.
