Job summary

Geelong Automotive is seeking a proactive Parts Interpreter to provide accurate parts interpretation and exceptional customer service for internal and external customers. You will source and supply parts, assist in meeting sales and gross profit targets, and maintain dealership standards and procedures.

Key duties include greeting customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, upselling parts, and supporting stock control.

The role involves identifying, sourcing and supplying parts and accessories in a timely manner while maintaining strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and workshop personnel. The Parts Interpreter is also responsible for assisting in achieving departmental sales and gross profit targets while maintaining dealership standards and procedures.
