Cummins in Carole Park, QLD is seeking a talented Parts Interpreter to join our team. This role suits someone who delivers outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and who is passionate about auto parts.

You’ll support our loyal customer base, work with a knowledgeable team, and receive comprehensive training and support to hit the ground running, whether you have prior auto parts experience or a keen interest to learn.

You’ll be supporting our loyal customer base and working closely with a knowledgeable team who are passionate about what they do. Whether you bring prior Auto Parts experience or a genuine interest in learning the industry, you’ll hit the ground running with training and support behind you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound phone & online sales processing
• In-store customer service
• Order & receipt incoming stock
• Process & pick purchase orders
• Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• Full Time, 38hrs per week
• Competitive hourly rate
• Overtime as required – Penalty rates paid for all work above 38 hours
