Job summary

Burson, Australia's preferred trade supplier of parts, tools and workshop equipment, is hiring a Salesperson/Parts Interpreter in Atherton. You will deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, supporting loyal customers with knowledge and teamwork.

The role welcomes those with auto parts experience or a genuine interest in the industry, with training and support provided to help you hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Interest or experience in auto parts.
• Professional presentation.
• Strong phone etiquette.
• Ability to negotiate and influence customers.
• Ability to translate technical issues into simple solutions.
• Experience with European vehicles is a plus.

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a motivated Salesperson/Parts Interpreter to join our experienced and friendly team in Atherton. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

You'll be supporting our loyal customer base and working closely with a knowledgeable team who are passionate about what they do. Whether you bring prior Auto Parts experience or a genuine interest in learning the industry, you'll hit the ground running with training and support behind you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound phone & online sales processing


• In-store customer service


• Order & receipt incoming stock


• Process & pick purchase orders


• Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance
