Job summary

Burson in Caloundra is seeking a Salesperson/Parts Interpreter to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage with customers, process sales, and help with stock and showroom maintenance.

Able to translate technical questions into simple solutions, you will join a knowledgeable team with comprehensive training and ongoing support. Prior auto parts experience or strong interest is valued, with an emphasis on building relationships and sales targets.

We have a great opportunity for a motivated Salesperson/Parts Interpreter to join our experienced and friendly team in Caloundra. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys being part of a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

You’ll be supporting our loyal customer base and working closely with a knowledgeable team who are passionate about what they do. Whether you bring prior Auto Parts experience or a genuine interest in learning the industry, you’ll hit the ground running with training and support behind you.
