Job summary

Burson in Murwillumbah is seeking a motivated Salesperson/Parts Interpreter to join our friendly team. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment, supporting loyal customers, and collaborating with a knowledgeable team to learn the auto parts industry.

Whether you have prior auto parts experience or a genuine interest, you’ll receive training and support to hit the ground running and grow with a leading Australian parts supplier.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Well presented and professional appearance.
• Excellent phone manner and customer interaction.
• Ability to influence and negotiate with customers.
• Ability to translate technical problems into simple solutions.
• Knowledge of European vehicle models is advantageous.

You’ll be supporting our loyal customer base and working closely with a knowledgeable team who are passionate about what they do. Whether you bring prior Auto Parts experience or a genuine interest in learning the industry, you’ll hit the ground running with training and support behind you.
