Job summary

CMI Hino in Adelaide is seeking a friendly Parts Interpreter to support customers and process orders for Hino parts and accessories. You will help identify parts, process orders, and assist with inventory while working with a team in a well-organised dealership.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Parts Interpreter is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Aptitude for learning about new products, policies and processes.
• Good computer skills, with ability to learn and use new systems quickly.
• Possession of a current driver’s licence (essential).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, knowledgeable advice and service to customers.
• Use the parts catalogue to identify and interpret parts.
• Process customer orders using the electronic order system.
• Assist with inventory management to ensure parts are available.

Your new role

In your new role as Parts Interpreter at CMI Hino, you’ll be responsible for:

• Providingexceptional, knowledgeable advice and service to customers
• Using the parts catalogue to accurately identify and interpret parts
• Processing customer orders using the electronic order system
• Assisting with inventory management to ensure parts are available when needed
• Supporting with general ad-hoc warehouse tasks

About you

To ensure your success in this role, you’ll demonstrate:
