Qualifications

• Experience in a Parts Advisor or automotive parts role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and suppliers.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, positive attitude and customer-focused.
• Team-oriented with ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop customer relationships through excellent customer service.
• Accurately complete documentation including invoices and payment.
• Work closely with the Workshop to ensure availability of parts.
• Load and unload parts and bin to the correct location.
• Pick and deliver parts to customers and workshop.
• Monitor stock, spare parts and inventory.
