Job summary

Construction Distribution Australia – Truganina VIC is seeking a motivated Parts Advisor to support the Parts Department and Service Team. In a hands-on role, you will help ensure the right parts are available and that customers receive prompt, reliable service.

You will assist with parts enquiries, process orders, pick/pack parts, manage stock, and work with other departments to keep operations efficient, while ensuring a safe, well-organised warehouse.

Qualifications

Construction Distribution Australia (CDA) is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team in Truganina.

In this hands-on role, you will support the Parts Department with customer and Service Team enquiries, order processing and warehouse operations. Working closely with the Parts Interpreter, Parts Manager and the Service team, you will help ensure the right parts are available when needed and customers receive prompt, reliable service.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in machinery and parts, and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly.

What will you be doing?
