Job summary

Orange Sky Australia is seeking a proactive fundraiser to drive new business and sponsorships. This full-time, permanent role reports to the Senior Partnerships Manager and focuses on sector outreach, high-value pitching, and closing partnerships that fund our mission.

You will build tailored proposals, manage a Salesforce-driven pipeline, collaborate with marketing, operations and fundraising teams, and turn growth strategies into sustainable corporate revenue that expands our community impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in business development, corporate sales, or proactive fundraising acquisition.
• Strong pitching and networking skills with executives and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate impact numbers into compelling sales stories.
• Target-driven and analytically minded with pipeline management experience.
• Collaborative team player thriving in a values-driven, high-volume environment.
• Valid driver’s license and proactive, energetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Business Acquisition by identifying, qualifying, and pitching to target corporate sectors to build a high-value partner pipeline.
• Lead cycles to secure matched funding partners and commercial sponsors for campaigns and giving days.
• Develop bespoke value propositions and pitch decks that bring Orange Sky's mission to life for commercial audiences.
• Manage pipeline and ensure smooth hand-offs to the stewardship team after agreements are signed.
• Identify market trends and opportunities in corporate giving to stay ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and fundraising teams to align proposals and feasibility.
