Job summary

Auto Europe is a global leader in car rental services, with over 70 years of experience. The Partner Success Manager will lead engagement and digital enablement across Travel Agent and Affiliate partners, reporting to the Partner Services Director.

You will drive revenue growth and build strong relationships through partner performance. You will accelerate partner growth, promote digital adoption of booking platforms and API integrations, and maintain the health of your portfolio through joint

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or equivalent field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Commercial acumen with ability to read and act on data.
• Experience negotiating commercial terms with partners.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate partner growth through bookings, revenue and ancillary adoption.
• Drive digital adoption of booking platforms, self-serve tools and API integrations.
• Deepen partner engagement with tailored approaches per partner’s business model.
• Maintain portfolio health with risk flags and cross-functional action.
• Build and drive joint business plans with partners via quarterly reviews.
