Europcar Mobility Group is seeking a proactive Partner Sales Associate to join the Head Office team in Tullamarine, Victoria. The role focuses on driving growth across Leisure, Partnerships and Sponsorships, building strong partner relationships, and delivering measurable commercial results.

You will engage with partners, manage activations, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful delivery of products and sponsorship commitments.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in a sales environment.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ability to work across multiple portfolios and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary day-to-day contact for assigned partners, delivering high-touch service.
• Work across Leisure, Partnerships and Sponsorships account base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver Europcar products on activations and deliverables.
• Attend trade shows and industry meetings to showcase the Europcar brand and build partnerships.
• Review pricing and product offerings and develop promotional initiatives.
• Support administration of sponsorship agreements and track deliverables.
• Understand customer behaviour to maximise revenue for Europcar products and services.
