Job summary

ADP is seeking an Associate Project Manager (Enablement Services) to empower the partner ecosystem through education, support and collaboration. You will oversee partner-led implementations, manage scope, timelines and budgets, and act as the main contact for delivery issues.

The role requires 1–3 years in project coordination or related fields, cross-functional collaboration, and strong communication. A flexible hybrid work arrangement and up to 20% travel are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in project coordination or related field
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, partners, vendors, or customer-facing organizations is preferred
• Exposure to HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Basic understanding of project management tools; experience with JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, OpenAir or comparable platforms is a plus
• Adaptable mindset, able to adjust to fast-changing project demands
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel up to 20% with potential for international travel
• Associates are expected to work a flexible hybrid model 3 days per week in the office

Responsibilities

• Oversee partner-led implementations, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and budget
• Act as the main point of contact for delivery issues, risks, and escalations
• Guide partners through project onboarding, best practices, and implementation methodologies
• Analyze partner delivery trends and refine processes for better deployments
• Align internal teams, manage expectations, and report on project status
• Ensure partners access the right technical support at key milestones
