Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong experience in HR solutions, HR transformation, or related advisory roles.
• Credible HR practitioner with client engagement experience.
• Understanding of HR market trends in ANZ, including AI and automation.
• Experience working with partners and solution providers.
• Ability to translate market signals into practical business recommendations.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and strengthen ADP’s partner enablement across HR solutions in ANZ.
• Ensure solution design and client engagements reflect workforce priorities.
• Reduce admin complexity and improve workforce insights for clients.
• Monitor HR market trends in ANZ to identify needs and opportunities.
• Shape go-to-market strategy and strengthen partner relationships.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to keep HR solutions relevant.
• Apply a technology, automation, and AI lens to HR solutions.
• Support senior leadership with market and solution insights.
• Align HR solutions with ADP products and partner capabilities.
• Provide credible thought leadership on emerging HR trends.
• Work with Directors to align strategy and implementation.
