Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, partners, vendors, or customer-facing organizations.
• Exposure to HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, SaaS, or enterprise software is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce or OpenAir is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee partner-led implementations ensuring scope, timelines and budget alignment.
• Serve as the main point of contact for delivery issues, risks, and escalations.
• Guide partners through onboarding, best practices, and methodologies.
• Analyze delivery trends and refine processes for better deployments.
• Align internal teams, manage expectations, and report project status.
• Ensure partners access the right technical support at key milestones.
