Job summary

Chandler Macleod on behalf of our client is seeking a Customer-Focused Participant Support Officer in Western Australia. The role involves handling participant inquiries, coordinating with providers and stakeholders, and ensuring timely processing of information across systems.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, using multiple software platforms, interpreting policies, and delivering quality service while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assess and action participant requests in line with policies and guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues and contribute to service delivery outcomes.
• Assist with process improvements, reporting and project initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and support improvement.
