Job summary

Hatch is partnering with CARED in Sydney to recruit a Participant Enrolment Specialist. You will own the participant journey from new enquiry to booked appointment, performing intake, coordinating practitioner matching and driving the service agreement journey in a fast-growth healthcare-tech startup.

Hybrid work is available after onboarding. Salary ranges 75,000–85,000 AUD plus super, commensurate with experience, with a focus on speed to contact, complete referrals and convert referrals to

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in customer service, disability, allied health, healthcare intake or service coordination.
• Strong telephone and written communication skills.
• Experience managing enquiries through to a booking or service outcome.

Responsibilities

• Contact new enquiries promptly and complete same-day callbacks.
• Conduct intake conversations with participants, families and referrers.
• Understand participant needs, goals, availability and required supports.
• Progress referrals from enquiry to booking and service agreement.
• Maintain HubSpot and Cliniko records with status and next actions.
