Hub Australia Pty is seeking a friendly Workspace Experience Associate for Melbourne clubhouses. This part-time role (20 hours/week) focuses on greeting members, cafe service, and delivering premium, personalised experiences across our coworking spaces.

You will handle inquiries, bookings, and events while maintaining top-tier service. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer-facing roles, barista experience, and a hospitable, solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role, preferably hospitality or retail.

Responsibilities

• Create personalised experiences for members and guests.
• Prepare beverages and manage cafe day-to-day operations.
• Answer member enquiries, bookings, and mail, promptly.
• Organise and execute workplace events to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inventory checks of food, supplies, and clubhouse items.
• Support opening/closing procedures and space checks.
