raafa is seeking its first Workers' Compensation Case Claims Manager in South Perth, WA. This permanent part-time role (4 days per week) will own end-to-end management of workers' compensation claims, driving timely recoveries and return-to-work outcomes.

• Experience with workers’ compensation claims and injury management.
• Ability to coordinate recovery and return-to-work programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage workers’ compensation claims end-to-end from notification to closure.
• Coordinate with Workplace Health Injury Prevention Physiotherapist for transitions.
• Prepare, document, and lodge claims with insurer ensuring compliance.
• Facilitate timely claims investigation and provide information for liability decisions.
• Develop and execute a claims management strategy for complex claims.
• Coordinate Recovery at Work and Return to Work plans.
• Manage external providers and maintain accurate claim documentation.
