Job summary

The Resilience Project (TRP) is seeking a passionate Coordinator to bring programs and resources to life for children, adults and communities across Australia. This part-time, 12-month contract role is based in Collingwood, VIC and reports to the Product and Program Development Manager, coordinating content, tools and learning resources with internal teams and external partners.

You will develop and refine educational content, support school partnerships, and lead smaller projects end-to-end,

Qualifications

• Experience designing educational tools, resources and experiences.
• Strong writing and content development skills.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with schools is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Content & Curriculum Support: develop evidence-informed content and assets for schools and other audiences.
• Content Editing & Refinement: edit and polish existing content.
• Partnership School Hub: update and maintain learning materials access for teachers and leaders.
• Quality & Curriculum Audits: map content and ensure resources are current and engaging.
• Insights & Best Practice: gather feedback and stay updated on trends in mental health education.
• Project Coordination: support larger projects and lead smaller ones end-to-end.
