Job summary

Wild Women On Top Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a part-time Workplace Partnerships Manager to grow Coastrek's Workplace Team program and build corporate partnerships across Australia.

You'll manage accounts, identify new opportunities, deliver presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to drive participation, fundraising and staff wellbeing outcomes, with hybrid work from our Northern Beaches HQ.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, relationship management or sales.
• Proven ability to develop and grow corporate partnerships.
• Confident presenting to organisations and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering experiences.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to hit participation, revenue and fundraising targets.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Genuine belief in wellness, teamwork and purpose-driven fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow Coastrek Workplace Team partnerships with corporate organisations.
• Identify new opportunities and nurture existing accounts.
• Deliver presentations and support the customer journey.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise engagement and fundraising.
• Drive participation, revenue and staff wellbeing outcomes through corporate programs.
• Represent Coastrek at events and manage relationships with workplace champions.
