Job summary

Europcar Cairns is seeking a part-time Vehicle Service Agent to join the Cairns City team. You will deliver friendly, customer-focused service, clean and inspect vehicles, and operate driving duties between locations as part of a rotating shift schedule.

The role requires a valid Australian driver’s licence, the ability to work weekends/public holidays, and a positive can-do attitude. On-site, part-time position with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and a friendly attitude.
• Computer literacy required.
• Able to work alone and in a team.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid Australian driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Current and ongoing Australian work rights.
• Positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Cleaning vehicles.
• Checking vehicles for road-worthiness, fluid levels and tyre pressure.
• Checking for chips on windscreens and general wear and tear on vehicles.
• Refuelling company vehicles as required.
• Driving vehicles between locations.
