Job summary

Europcar Mobility Group is hiring a Vehicle Service Agent in Cairns City on a part-time basis. You will deliver excellent customer service, inspect vehicles for road-worthiness, check fluids and tyres, and drive vehicles between locations.

The role requires a valid Australian driver’s licence, flexibility for a rotating shift roster, and ongoing Australian work rights. Enjoy competitive hourly rates, training, and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating shift roster - 7 day shift work including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid Australian driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Current and ongoing Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that a high standard of customer satisfaction is achieved
• Checking the vehicles for road-worthiness and ensuring appropriate fluid levels and tyre pressure is consistently maintained
• Checking for any chips on the windscreens and checking for any panel damage or any other general wear and tear on the vehicle
• Refueling company vehicles as required
• Driving vehicles between locations
