Transgrid is seeking a part-time Technical Training Coordinator for the Wagga Wagga Training Precinct. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate training programs, room bookings, site access and participant records to ensure a safe, welcoming and well-organised environment for staff, apprentices and visitors.

You will liaise with trainers, operations and service providers, manage inductions, compliance and apprenticeship processes, and help deliver smooth training experiences in line

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training programs, schedules and resources.
• Strong planning, problem-solving, attention to detail and record management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, LMS, scheduling platforms or RTO processes.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate training programs, room bookings, site access, facility readiness and participant records.
• Support stakeholder visits, events, onboarding, site inductions and day-one experiences.
• Manage maintenance requests, contractor liaison and precinct operations.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams, service providers, training participants and community stakeholders.
• Administer training systems, compliance requirements, authorisations, apprenticeship programs and RTO processes.
