Job summary

Transgrid is seeking a part-time Technical Training Lead in NSW to advance technical skills development at the Wagga Wagga Training Precinct. The role focuses on precinct operations, governance and strategic partnerships, with 3-4 days per week of engagement.

You will collaborate with trainers, operations teams and service providers to ensure safe, compliant and efficient delivery, while supporting funding, reporting and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualification in business, education, or community engagement or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of RTO or vocational education environments is advantageous.
• Proven ability to build strong education, industry and community partnerships.
• Experience leading programs and partnerships with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Training Precinct operations, governance and continuous improvement.
• Build education, industry and community partnerships that create career pathways.
• Drive precinct utilisation through training, events and stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee safe, compliant and efficient precinct operations.
• Support funding, reporting and initiatives that deliver community value.
• Lead and develop the Training Precinct Coordinator and ensure smooth operations.
