Transgrid is seeking a part-time Technical Training Coordinator for the Wagga Wagga Training Precinct. You will be the on-site coordinator, ensuring a safe, welcoming and well-organised learning environment for employees, apprentices, trainers and contractors.

The role covers day-to-day operations, bookings, inductions and participant records. You will work 3–4 days per week, coordinating programs, site readiness and stakeholder visits while liaising with teams and external partners to maintain

Qualificações

• Must have experience coordinating training programs, schedules and resources.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving and record management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, LMS, scheduling platforms or RTO processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and address operational issues.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate training programs, room bookings, site access and participant records.
• Support stakeholder visits, events, onboarding and day-one experiences.
• Manage maintenance requests, contractor liaison and precinct operations.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams, service providers and trainees.
• Administer training systems and apprenticeship/RTO processes.
