Job summary

Dhelkaya Health is seeking a Trade Cook to join our team in regional Victoria. The kitchen produces over 750 meals daily using cook fresh/cook chill processes and provides home delivered meals to the community.

You will work in areas such as the kitchen and café and perform roles including, but not limited to, food preparation, special needs catering, function work which will include a range and variety of dishes, along with planning menus and controlling and meeting food costs requirements.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or suitable amount of practical experience).
• Food Safety Training.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of food handling requirements.
• Have a positive attitude.
• An ability to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation, including special needs catering.
