Dhelkaya Health is seeking a Trade Cook to join our regional kitchen operations, producing over 750 meals daily and delivering to the community. You’ll work across kitchen and cafe roles, handle diverse dishes, plan menus and help control food costs.

The role requires a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or practical experience), food safety training, and a strong customer-service mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Salary per hour: $34.60 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract Part-time 24 hours per fortnight until 20th February 2027

Dhelkaya Health is seeking a Trade Cook to join our team. The kitchen produces over 750 meals daily utilising cook fresh/cook chill processes and provides home delivered meals to the community.

You will work in areas such as the kitchen and café and perform roles including, but not limited to, food preparation, special needs catering, function work which will include a range and variety of dishes, along with planning menus and controlling and meeting food costs requirements.

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or suitable amount of practical experience)
• Food Safety Training
• Demonstrate a good understanding of food handling requirements
