PTC Phone Tech & Comm is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Sales and Device Technician for our Grand Central Store in Toowoomba. You will join a fast-paced retail environment, learning basic mobile device repairs while delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.

Reporting to the Store Team Leader, you will repair devices, support frontline staff, and uphold store standards. A genuine passion for mobile tech and a willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Genuine passion for mobile & tech.
• Flexibility to work at least one weekend day.
• Hard-working and motivated to achieve goals and commissions.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experience.
• Understanding of sales processes and techniques.
• Ability to learn new things quickly and think on feet.
• Ability to lift up to 25kg.
• Strong customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Experience with budgeting and KPI targets is beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional customer service and support in store.
• Assist frontline staff with sales when in store.
• Diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical devices to high standards.
• Troubleshoot faults and perform inspections in-depth.
• Manage repair queues independently while maintaining quality.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workbench.
• Be a team player and support colleagues while expanding skills.
