Job summary

Sellick Consultants in North Sydney is seeking a Part-time Structural Discipline Administrator to provide high-level administrative support for the Structural team. This 3-day-per-week role focuses on proactive coordination, documentation, and finance administration within a busy engineering environment.

You will work closely with the Structural Director and broader team, driving efficient operations, maintaining project registers, and identifying process improvements while upholding the company

Responsibilities

• Preparing fee proposals, certificates, reports and other project documentation.
• Coordinating the establishment of new projects within Total Synergy.
• Maintaining the Structural team's current project and workload registers, including resource coordination.
• Managing and prioritising correspondence, messages and emails for the Structural Director.
• Coordinating meetings, site inspections, travel and other commitments.
• Preparing, issuing and tracking project documentation.
• Providing financial administration, including invoicing and debt collection.
• Monitoring administrative requirements and following up actions to ensure deadlines are met.
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Structural Director and wider Structural team.
• Working closely with the broader administration team to ensure consistency and efficiency across the business.
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and the way the Structural discipline operates.
