to join our North Sydney Team and provide high-level administrative and operational support to our Structural discipline on a part time basis.

We are looking for someone with initiative, drive and sound judgement who enjoys taking ownership, understands what needs to happen next and has the confidence to make things happen. You will work closely with the Structural Director and the wider structural team, becoming an integral part of the day-to-day operation of the discipline.
Our Structural Discipline Administrators are responsible for coordinating and managing a broad range of administrative, operational and financial activities supporting the Structural team. Seeking a Part-time Candidate to work 3 days per week out of our North Sydney Office in our Sydney Administration Team.
You will be working within the Sydney Administration Team and work cohesively to keep projects and administration moving efficiently. The ability to communicate clearly and professionally, and confidently prioritise competing demands will be critical to your success.
