South West Healthcare in Macarthur Community Health Centre is seeking a part-time Social Support Group Assistant to help deliver meaningful activities for older adults and people with disabilities.

You will work with the SSG team to create safe, inclusive programs that promote social engagement and wellbeing, focusing on participants' strengths and interests. This role includes pro rata salary and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Confidentiality and high standard of customer-focused care.
• Qualifications in Allied Health, Enrolled Nursing, or Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, Lifestyle and Leisure.
• Experience in aged care or activity-based programs.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and deliver engaging activities for diverse clients.
• Safe Food Handling Certificate, Victorian Driver Licence, and willingness to obtain LR endorsement.
