Village Real Estate (Seddon) in Melbourne is seeking a part-time Social Media & Content Manager to shape our brand across digital channels, capture property walk-throughs, write engaging descriptions, and support sales campaigns.

You will collaborate with sales and property management teams, stay ahead of trends, produce video content, and monitor performance to boost engagement and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and copywriting.
• Real estate or lifestyle content experience is valued.
• Strong video shooting/editing skills using CapCut or Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Knowledge of Melbourne Inner-West community is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
• Write compelling copy for property listings and campaigns.
• Shoot, edit and publish property tour videos and market updates.
• Manage posting schedule and engage with the community across platforms.
• Collaborate with agents and property managers and attend local events.
• Stay ahead of trends and platform updates to grow reach.
• Monitor analytics and refine content strategies for ROI.
