Job summary

Henley Properties Group in Melbourne is seeking a budding Marketing professional to support move-in ready homes campaigns across Victoria and other states. You’ll work with our Marketing Specialist on digital marketing, social content, listings, promotions and campaign execution.

This role offers hands-on learning, collaborative team support, and real opportunities to impact customer experiences and property campaigns in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• Residential construction or property industry experience highly regarded.
• Desire to build a long-term career in marketing.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proactive, can-do attitude with willingness to learn.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building.
• Customer-first mindset and understanding of marketing's role in customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of marketing campaigns for move-in ready homes portfolio across Victoria, Queensland, NSW and SA.
• Collaborate with content team to create compelling property descriptions, social media content and marketing assets.
• Manage and optimise online property listings across our websites and third-party platforms.
• Monitor national market trends and competitor activity to provide insights.
• Coordinate rollout of group promotional campaigns including signage and marketing collateral.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of activities.
• Contribute ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience.
