Job summary

Fuel My Social Pty is seeking a confident Social Media Manager to own a portfolio of client accounts, from strategy through to reporting, in a part-time role based in our Lonsdale studio. You will craft on-brand content, publish posts at the right times, write captions in the client's voice and nurture community engagement.

You'll create engaging content, including short-form video on location, collaborate with our photographer and design team, and manage Fuel My Social's own channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-12 months professional experience managing social media for businesses or clients.
• Excellent copywriting, storytelling and communication skills.
• Strong organic social media knowledge, particularly Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Confidence using Meta Business Suite, Canva, analytics and scheduling tools.
• Ability to create engaging everyday content and get in front of the camera when needed.
• Strong client relationship skills and proactive recommendations.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage workload and deadlines.
• Genuine curiosity about social media trends and new tools.
• Bonus: hospitality or lifestyle brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver organic social media strategies, content calendars and campaigns.
• Write strong copy for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, adapting tone to suit brands and audiences.
• Create posts, Reels, stories and social-first content.
• Manage publishing, Meta Business Suite, account administration, reporting and performance analysis.
• Build genuine relationships with clients, understand their businesses and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Collaborate with our photographer, videographer and design team to create standout content.
• Capture photos, short-form video and behind-the-scenes footage on client visits and shoots.
• Manage Fuel My Social's own social media.
