You will promote and sell veterinary products to clinics and animal hospitals, working flexible hours to suit your availability while contributing to the veterinary healthcare sector.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, product demonstrations, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in veterinary, pharma, healthcare or B2B.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building with diverse clients.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple leads.
• CRM proficiency and MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential veterinary clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face visits
• Present and demonstrate veterinary products and services to veterinary professionals, highlighting key features and benefits
• Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics and animal hospitals to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring competitive pricing and mutually beneficial agreements
• Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis
• Follow up with leads and existing customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline information using our CRM system
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices, insights, and market intelligence
• Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the veterinary, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or B2B sales environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions that drive salesExcellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and leads simultaneously
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
• Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
• Knowledge of or genuine interest in the veterinary industry is highly desirable
• Valid driving licence and reliable access to transport for client visits
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Equine experience is valued but not essential
