Exclusive Talent is partnering with a well-established Australian manufacturing business to recruit a Sales & Operations Coordinator in Brookvale. This friendly, busy team role focuses on customer service, administration and keeping operations organised behind the scenes.

You’ll manage customer orders from placement through to delivery, support the sales and operations teams, and coordinate with production, warehousing and logistics to ensure timely fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales administration.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to local and international customers.
• Support the sales team with order updates, reporting and admin.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics for timely deliveries.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Monitor orders and inform customers of delivery timelines.
• Assist with pricing updates and maintaining records.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
