Job summary

Exclusive Talent in Brookvale, NSW, is seeking a Sales & Operations Coordinator (Part-Time) to join a well-established Australian manufacturing business. The role focuses on customer service, administration and keeping operations organised from order placement to delivery.

The position offers 22.5 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, with a pro-rata salary of AU$75,000 plus super, depending on hours. You will support sales and operations, liaise with production and logistics, and help with pricing

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, sales administration or order processing.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Experience with Pronto ERP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service to local and international customers.
Support the sales team with order updates, reporting and general administration.
Coordinate with production, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
Monitor orders and proactively inform customers of delivery timelines.
Assist with pricing updates, order documentation and maintaining records.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations.
