MaxMara Chadstone is seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to support the luxury fashion flagship in Melbourne. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering superior service and contributing to sales targets while working on a rotational roster (20 hours per week).

Flexibility for weekend shifts and a fast-paced environment is essential; prior luxury retail or cashiering experience is highly valued. Mandarin language skills are a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the luxury fashion industry.
• Experience in sales or cashiering is preferred.
• Ability to work towards sales targets and KPI's.
• Flexible hours/shifts, including weekends; fast-paced environment.

Part-Time Sales Assistant - MaxMara Chadstone

This luxury fashion brand requires the skills of an experienced Sales Assistant at its MaxMara Chadstone Store.

About the role:

As a Sales Assistant, you will be a MaxMara Brand Ambassador.

Flexible availability is required as it will work on a rotational roster (20 hours per week)

Exceptional sales techniques to drive sales

Sound fashion retail experience

Must have a "can do" attitude and confidence in working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work effectively in a team as well as autonomously

Motivated and exceptionally organised

Speaking Mandarin would be an advantage, though is not a requirement.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience in the luxury fashion industry. Ideally have experience in sales or cashiering experience

Experience working towards sales targets and KPI's

Able to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment

High energy level, have a positive approach to job and group responsibilities

Ability to work flexible hours / shifts - including weekends.

Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
