Max Mara Fashion Group is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for our Weekend MaxMara Chadstone store in Melbourne. You will help build a customer-centric environment while supporting the team to deliver exceptional service and drive sales.

The role requires leadership, hands-on coaching, and effective store operations. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in management, strong communication, and a positive, team-focused attitude. Weekend MaxMara values excellence and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in a management role.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Customer-centric with a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Set and drive sales performance goals to increase profitability.
• Hire, train, and assess store staff productivity and performance.
• Maintain orderly, presentable store appearance.
• Oversee stock and store operations.

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity in our new Weekend MaxMara Chadstone Store. We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our Team!

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a significant member of the Weekend MaxMara team, helping to create an environment conducive to customer service excellence while at the same time endeavouring to grow and develop as an individual.

Key responsibilities, but not limited to

• Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
• Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
• Oversee stock and store operations.

• 2+ years experience in a management role
• Fluent English / Mandarin is a plus
