Job summary

NSW Health's Ryde Hospital invites a caring Registered Nurse to join Ward 8 on a permanent part-time basis. The role offers 22 hours per week in a fast-paced acute medical ward with telemetry and stroke beds, and opportunities for education and learning specialized skills.

The successful candidate will hold AHPRA Division 1 registration, demonstrate strong communication and teamwork, and provide high-quality nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Division 1.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with patients and the health care team.
• Provide high-quality nursing care on Ward 8 in a fast-paced acute medical setting.
