Amplifon Springboard in Dubbo is seeking a Part Time Sales/Customer Associate to drive customer engagement and lead generation in a busy retail setting. You will support hearing health awareness and help customers understand their results during 5-minute checks.

The role emphasizes building relationships, hitting store KPIs, and providing excellent service while handling simple administrative tasks. Retail experience is valued and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Reconnect with previous customers or new leads via phone-based contact.
• Contribute to store targets and KPIs.
• Maintain customer database (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Perform ad hoc duties as directed by the Store Manager.

This position will see you collaborating as part of a team to support reaching the store sales targets while providing excellent customer service and undertaking other retail and administrative responsibilities.

What you'll be doing:

• Active lead generation by encouraging customers in the shopping centre to check their hearing health by completing a free 5-minute hearing check
• Build a rapport with new customers and enhance relationships with existing customers.
• Explain hearing results (training provided) and recommend the next steps
• Reconnecting with previous customers or new leads via phone-based communication
• Contributing to store targets and KPIs.
• Customer database administration (Basic Word/Excel/Outlook)
• Ad hoc duties as directed by the Store Manager
